Sample types
Samples can be leg samples, or if it is a particularly small micromoth we may need a bit more than that for sufficient DNA. Caterpillars can also be tested if required. For this test we need to carry out a little more sequencing than for our other species tests which is why the cost is higher. It is best to send samples in small plastic tubes in a jiffy back to the address shown on the left.

Price rates
Most established clients utilize a 'tab' system in which we bill them after a number of samples have been sent. Tab rates are lower than non tab rates because of the administrative economy. We offer a standard service in which results will normally be returned by email within a two week period, and a premium service in which we endeavor to return results within 7 working days.

Rate Price per sample
Standard tab rate £70
Premium tab rate £75
Non tab standard single sample £80
Non tab standard multiple samples £80
Non tab premium single sample £85
Non tab premium multiple samples. £85
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work. We will issue an invoice. This is a new test so will be available for online payment in the near future.
