Samples are usually scat, although hair or bones also work. It is best to send samples in small plastic tubes in a jiffy back to the address shown on the left.

Most established clients utilize a 'tab' system in which we bill them after a number of samples have been sent. Tab rates are lower than non tab rates because of the administrative economy. We offer a standard service in which results will normally be returned by email within a two week period, and a premium service in which we endeavor to return results within 7 working days. Note prices below do not include VAT.​​
